REQUIREMENTS:

  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, tables, diagrams, flow charts, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and drafting skills, especially with correspondences.
  • Great time management and efficiency.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Initiative and independence, but also a strong team player.
  • Bubbly personality and positive spirit.
  • Candidate must be based in the U.A.E.
  • Quick Learner.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
  • Strong sense of right and wrong.
  • Passion for learning.
  • Sense of enthusiasm.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator/Human Resource professional at Beauxteriors Design Services in Dubai. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining office equipment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various HR, accounting and admin tasks.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining and operating office equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with HR tasks and procedures is a plus
