Office Administrator in Umm Al Quwain

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Microsoft Office and other office software, excellent organizational skills, and a professional, friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Office
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience 2 - 3 years as an Office Administrator or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with other office software and systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive work attitude

Location: Umm Al Thuoob, Umm Al Quwain

Salary Range: AED 2,000 - AED 3,000

Salary Package: TBD (based on experience)
