Office Administrator & Junior Graphic Designer

OtherDesigns is an established graphic design and print firm located in South Windsor CT. We have been serving clients across North America since 2006 and are looking for talented individuals to join us on our journey.

For the position of Office Administrator/Junior Graphic Designer, we are looking for a customer-oriented, dependable and organized team player. This role will assume diverse responsibilities and will interact with customers and office staff on a daily basis.

Admin, design or printing experience is preferred.

Work Hours:

• Flexible in office - 20 -40 hours/week
• No remote work

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day office tasks in support of operations
• Answer phones, appointment scheduling, and confirmation
• Input sales orders in the system and manage order status
• Contact customers for follow-up and payment
• Handle mail
• Able to perform or willing to learn basic operations in graphic design programs

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in customer service/orders processing environment
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite (basic Word and Excel)
• Graphic design experience is highly preferred
• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
