Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communication
- Greet visitors and coordinate internal communication
- Maintain organized physical and digital files (Google Drive / OneDrive)
- Support data entry, document creation, scanning, and file management
- Update calendars, spreadsheets, and logs (Google Workspace, Excel, Smartsheets)
- Track deadlines, reminders, and time-sensitive tasks
- Assist leadership and admin team with daily operational tasks
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain general office organization
- Support onboarding documentation and internal communication
Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or office experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and file management skills
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Professional communication skills (email, phone, written)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work standard weekday schedule
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking field staff (translation tools acceptable)
Preferred
- Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or field-service environments
- Familiarity with Smartsheets, Aspire, or QuickBooks
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
