About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various teams across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Assist with office operations and maintain a well-organised work environment
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with clients for the order arrangment
- Coordinate with internal back support team for arranging and delivery the orders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Support HR, finance, and management teams with routine tasks
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors professionally
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Understand how to use main AI tools to improve work efficiency
