Office Administrator - TAGALOG SPEAKER.

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Office Administrator to support daily operations, including reception, administrative work, light office upkeep, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and greet visitors professionally
  • Answer calls and basic inquiries
  • Perform accurate data entry and filing
  • Support management with administrative tasks
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Coordinate office supplies and basic errands

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in admin/reception preferred
  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
  • Organized and multitasker
  • Presentable and professional attitude
  • Willing to assist in general office support tasks

Preferred:

  • Experience in UAE office environment
  • Can join immediately
