Core responsibilities:
Office organization and supplies:
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Scheduling and coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.
Communication and correspondence:
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Financial and record-keeping:
- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
- Coordinate with the accounting or finance department.
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records in both physical and digital formats.
Administrative support:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Assist with tasks like data entry and document preparation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
