Core responsibilities:

Office organization and supplies:

  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
  • Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Scheduling and coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.

Communication and correspondence:

  • Serve as a point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

Financial and record-keeping:

  • Perform basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
  • Coordinate with the accounting or finance department.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files and records in both physical and digital formats.

Administrative support:

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist with tasks like data entry and document preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English, Hindi, Kannada and Marathi (Preferred)
