Office Administrator/Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and organized, sales minded Office Administrator/Receptionist/Social Media Manager to join our team! Duties

  • Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
  • Handle operation responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and operating system (Service Minder).
  • Create and manage social media (IG, FB, TT)
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
  • Audit invoices and appointments on a consistent basis
  • Order permits, inspections, etc

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Technologically fluent
  • Proficiency in Google Business
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable
  • Strong computer literacy including data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and general office software applications
  • Adaptability to learning new systems, skills and changing needs in growing business
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
