We are seeking a dynamic and organized, sales minded Office Administrator/Receptionist/Social Media Manager to join our team! Duties
- Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Handle operation responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and operating system (Service Minder).
- Create and manage social media (IG, FB, TT)
- Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
- Audit invoices and appointments on a consistent basis
- Order permits, inspections, etc
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technologically fluent
- Proficiency in Google Business
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable
- Strong computer literacy including data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and general office software applications
- Adaptability to learning new systems, skills and changing needs in growing business
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
