Office Administrator/Sales and Marketing

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive Office Administrator and Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. This role is vital in managing daily office operations, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience in office management, and the ability to coordinate various functions such as event planning, vendor relations, and team supervision. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment where excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success.Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, phone calls from customers, entering in customer information into Field Routes, responding to customers in Wix, responding to customers via email, sending customers estimates.
  • Provide sales leads by going to new home owners and pitching them on our services two days per week
  • Manage digital ad campaigns and physical marketing campaigns such as door hangers, flyers, signage
  • Manage calendar scheduling and appointment setting
  • Handle vendor management and payment, and maintaining professional relationships
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
  • Support budgeting processes by preparing weekly deposit and Billings reports
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette and customer service to clients

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical or office management experience
  • Experience with sales management on site at customer premises and with executing digital and physical marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling, filing, and record keeping
  • Experience with Fieldroutes, Wix or similar software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of vendor management practices
  • Proficiency in calendar management tools, email, and phone.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills combined with a professional demeanor

This role is integral to maintaining efficient office operations while supporting sales revenue growth through effective administration and marketing. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, communicative, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. This role is a hybrid position you will work from home as well as travel to customers homes for on-site sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
