Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Admin/Sales professional to join our team! Responsibilities
- Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain a well-organized office environment through filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Support sales efforts by assisting with customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service support
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping to streamline daily operations
- Provide administrative support including proofing documents, managing correspondence, and supporting bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members to promote a positive company image
Experience
- Previous office management or administrative experience in a professional setting is required
- Proven customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management software, and basic bookkeeping applications like QuickBooks is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping
