Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Office Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, proficiency in MS Office applications, and excellent communication skills. The role requires someone capable of handling day-to-day office operations, maintaining customer relations, and supporting business functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting entries and records in Tally.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and reports using MS Office.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and clients when required.
  • Maintain positive customer relations and address client concerns promptly.
  • Support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Tally software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and bargain effectively.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
