THIS ROLE WILL START HOURLY AT $22.00/hour + PHONE SALE COMMISSIONS DURING TRAINING. TRAINING WILL TAKE ABOUT 2-3 MONTHS. AFTER THAT, PAY WILL SWITCH TO SALARY AT 50,000 A YEAR +PHONE SALE COMMISSION, ON SITE ESTIMATE COMMISSION +FUEL REIMBURSEMENT AND PTO.

Job Overview

We are seeking a energetic and driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to engage with potential customers. This candidate should also be interested in business development, marketing and growing the company on social platforms by staying in touch with our other office team at our Colorado location to collaborate.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services

- Be proficient in Microsoft programs to facilitate in office marketing directed toward our ideal customers

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Search for networking opportunities in the area and schedule events for our sales team

- Answer incoming calls and speak with potential customers about their questions regarding our moving services

Requirements

- Fluency in English

- Proven experience in outbound calling, marketing and inside sales

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and build relationships

- Knowledge of the moving industry is advantageous

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with Microsoft products
