Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and clerical operations in the tiles and ceramics business. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining office records, handling customer inquiries, managing documents, and coordinating between the sales, showroom, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and update sales records, quotations, and billing information.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and other official documents.
  • Assist the sales and accounts teams with data entry and report generation.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability and order dispatches.
  • Manage filing systems, documents, and product catalogues.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings and preparing basic reports.
  • Greet and assist visitors or clients at the office/showroom.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in office administration (experience in tile, building materials, or construction industry preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Professional attitude and presentable appearance.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi (local language preferred).
