Roles & Responsibilities:

· Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence

· Managing office operations: scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining records

· Coordinate Office Maintenance, repair work.

· Handling communication: answering calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence

· Coordinating logistics: booking travel, arranging events, and managing calendars

· HR and Finance: Assisting with staff onboarding, payroll, and expense tracking

· Maintaining supplies and equipment: ordering stationery, troubleshooting office tech, IT

· Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person.

· Handling incoming and outgoing Courier and deliveries

· Maintaining the reception area—keeping it tidy and presentable

· Providing basic information to visitors and callers

· Screening of hot leads via call from prospective students / parents .

· Desired Candidate Profile:

· Professional appearance and demeanour

· Multitasking and time management

· Basic computer literacy (email, scheduling software, etc.)

· Calm under pressure and problem-solving abilities

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Discretion with sensitive information

· Graduate in English Medium with minimum of 2 years of experience. Lady Candidate only.

· Drive to earn high incentive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
