Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, assist staff and visitors, and help maintain a smooth and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (16 years of education preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Comfortable assisting with basic media-related tasks such as answering inquiries or supporting organizational representation when needed.
