Job Overview
We are a growing bread manufacturing company located in Vista, CA, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our Administrative Manager and help keep our small office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked as administrative support in manufacturing, production, distribution or logistics and who is highly organized, proactive, works well with others, and is flexible in handling ever-changing daily tasks across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office support tasks including data entry, filing, scanning and email correspondence
- Assist the Administrative Manager with day-to-day office need, production & logistics data entry and yearly audit support
- Provide administrative support to the Logistics and Production teams as needed
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets (a must), documents, and reports as well as digital filing system
- Serve as backup for Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Customer Service as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets required)
- Strong organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Dependability is a must
- Bilingual desired but not required

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
