Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and assist with office management tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- File and organize documents both electronically and in physical filing systems

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
