  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette.
  • Handle data entry tasks using computer skills, including updating records in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives.
  • Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Support office management tasks including supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience demonstrating proficiency in data entry, filing, and document proofreading.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally using proper phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele effectively.
