Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and provide exceptional customer service, and possess a strong foundation in office management and clerical tasks.

Duties

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for report creation, correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses, payroll, and invoices.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive interactions at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and general computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
