Duties:
- Must have 3 years' experience. Perform general administrative, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling jobs & appointments
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Experience required of.
- Previous experience office or bookkeeping role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ODOO or other accounting software is a plus
- Timesheet data entry for technicians
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Random Drug Testing
-Mandatory past work experience of at least one full year and one reference required for resume to be reviewed.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
