Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle data entry tasks using computer literacy skills, including updating records and maintaining filing systems
- Provide general administrative support including copying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Create and ensure accuracy of in-store displays and price tags
- Create and ensure accuracy of online prices and descriptions via our website and various marketing channels.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately with high attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software and internet navigation
- Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to create content
