Front Desk Coordinator – Real Estate Office (Professional, Organized, People-Focused)

Sine & Monaghan Realtors is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our busy real estate office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and helping an office run smoothly. As the face of the office, you will greet clients, assist agents, manage incoming calls, and help maintain a professional and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, agents, and visitors and provide a welcoming first impression
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office communications
  • Provide general administrative support to agents and office staff
  • Maintain and update office records and documents
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room use
  • Assist with preparing listing packets and marketing materials
  • Keep the reception area organized and professional
  • Monitor office supply levels and coordinate orders when needed
  • Assist with additional office tasks to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or office experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Real estate office experience is helpful but not required
