Office Assistant

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. Our assistant will help out with a wide range of office tasks including: monitoring daily operations, answering phones, handling invoices and payment, marketing projects, and assisting with packaging product/shipment. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, prioritize and stay organized. They will enjoy our fun and laid back atmosphere and want to invest their time in helping our company grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Take messages from customers, call invoices, take payment.
  • Answer questions from customers.
  • Help with filing and data entry.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and relay messages to appropriate person.
  • Assist in the opening and closing of the office.
  • Stock the office with supplies.
  • Maintain social media and company website.
  • Assist with packaging and shipping of product.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
