Office Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, and able to handle basic office duties, sales tasks, and customer calls efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle office paperwork and filing
  • Answer phone calls and deal with customer inquiries
  • Assist visitors and clients professionally
  • Manage office supplies and maintain records
  • Support staff with basic administrative tasks
  • Assist with sales and follow up with potential customers
  • Perform other office-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Confidence in handling sales and customer calls
  • Previous office or sales experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
