Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized part time Office Assistant to join our HVAC team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing exceptional support to staff, clients, and visitors alike. As an energetic and proactive member of our office environment, you'll handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, maintain efficient communication channels, and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere. Hours are 1230-5 Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly at the front desk
- Answer phone systems, dispatching calls accurately and courteously while providing excellent customer support
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organization
- Perform filing, faxing, past due bill collecting etc
- Support office management by coordinating supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing files efficiently
- Provide administrative support such as typing correspondence, managing email, text, phone communications, and handling incoming inquiries
- *Some tasks may include outside office duties*
- Fill in when needed
Requirements
- Familiarity with office procedures
- Excellent computer literacy (google workspace, email, etc)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
- Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Self Starter
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
