707 Pest Solutions is looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of daily administrative operations of the company. This job consists of working and communicating with customers in-person, via email, and over the phone. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who can undertake various office support tasks. Experience in customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and friendliness
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
- Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff members
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and general clerical duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email with patience and clarity
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency while using Mac computers and software.
- Experience with office management, clerical tasks, and administrative support roles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk procedures, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, data entry, filing, proofreading, and time management
- Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous for handling specialized responsibilities
