Blue Water Pool & Spa Maintenance is currently looking for an additional office assistant to add to our team! Please send your resume with your application.
Qualifications
- Proven 1 year minimum office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Calendar, To Do, etc)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience HIGHLY preferred, with data entry, filing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong communication skills including phone etiquette with customers & coworkers
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, customer service, and office management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or similar is beneficial.
- Saturday availability a MUST

Job Details: (included, but not limited to)
- Answering phones. Check voicemails and emails. Responding to customers in a timely manner
- Take messages and relay info to the proper department.
- Keep the office clean, neat, and organized. Duties include but are not limited to; Vacuuming, Dusting, Stock shelving, clean windows, empty trash
- Check office supplies and showroom items to make sure products are stocked.
- Operate water testing station
- Sales of chemicals, spas, parts, and services.
- Utilize POM to create/update customer info, read over technician reports for any issues or used inventory, set appointments, etc.
- Routine truck inspections for materials, maintenance and cleanliness
- Provide inventory list on days when orders need to go in
- Keep retail space clean such as dusting, wiping, vacuuming and mopping.
- Seasonal decorating
- Using Clover system for transactions and keeping Clover updated on pricing and items
Pay is $17/hr
Average 30-40 hours per week (Depending on Season)

W-2
Yearly Review with raise
Sales commission on hot tub sales
Pay: $17.00 per hour
