Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced aerosol manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of clerical and office support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support production and logistics teams with paperwork and coordination
- Organize and maintain records related to compliance, safety, and production
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance documentation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based work
- Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 20 lbs)
