Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant
Location: Olathe, KS (On-site) Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: 3 days per week | 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Coordination: Manage professional schedules, book appointments, and set critical reminders using Google Calendar.
- Creative Design: Design simple, professional-grade marketing or office materials using Canva.
- Data Management: Create and maintain organized, accurate records within Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Administrative Support: Provide general office help, including filing, correspondence, and ensuring daily operations are seamless.
- Priority Management: Handle last-minute changes and shifting priorities with ease and a positive attitude.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with basic billing and invoicing workflows.
Qualifications
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
- Adaptable: Proven ability to multitask and remain calm when priorities shift or deadlines are tight.
- Hyper-Organized: Exceptional attention to detail; you catch the mistakes others miss.
- Billing Knowledge: Previous experience with billing or invoicing is preferred.
- Local: Must be able to commute to our Olathe office for the scheduled 20 hours per week.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
