Juiced Wheels is a family-owned e-bike sales and service business that is expanding. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an office assistant and receptionist. This position will assist with answering phone calls, organizing service and assembly tickets for e-bikes, organizing incoming inventory, and tracking shipments and sales. This individual will also be cross trained on the sales floor to assist while other staff are on lunch breaks (it's just talking to people) and ringing up people at the register.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Answer company email inbox and route communications
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for other staff members
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as tracking shipments, placing orders, tracking inventory, etc.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate project work and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide support to other team members as needed, including checking in/out customers at the front desk, taking bikes outside for customers picking them up, etc.
Experience requirements:
- We are a tech heavy shop, and you must be comfortable using computers to succeed in this role!
- General computer skills and adaptability to computer systems
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic troubleshooting is a plus
Bonus points if you:
- Have previous retail or customer service experience
- Know your way around e-bikes or cycling
- Have experience with Square POS

- Physical Demands: You must be able to lift and carry e-bikes and other equipment, which can be cumbersome and heavy. You will often have assistance from coworkers in the shop, but sometimes you may need to carry items alone. The shop is in a (nice and finished) historic building from the late 1800s and is spread out across three floors. There are ramps to the bottom and middle floors but only stairs to the top employees-only level.
