Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to senior staff, managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
  • Support office management activities to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in similar roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is advantageous for financial tasks.
  • Excellent front desk etiquette with strong communication skills.
  • Solid administrative skills, including organization and time management.
  • Previous experience in office management or as an office clerk is beneficial.
