Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Serve as a personal assistant to senior staff, managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Support office management activities to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in similar roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is advantageous for financial tasks.
- Excellent front desk etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Solid administrative skills, including organization and time management.
- Previous experience in office management or as an office clerk is beneficial.
