We are seeking an Office Assistant for a Pest Control Company. Duties would include:

  • Billing/Invoicing
  • Scheduling and Maintaining Routes
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Preparing Reports/Letters/Emails
  • Knowledgeable with Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Handle day to day items such as email, phone, faxes
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work alone or as a team member
  • Good Under Pressure
  • Must be Responsible and Dependable

This is a full time position Monday thru Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
