We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across the office. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with data entry, typing, and preparing reports
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document organization
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
  • Provide support to management and other team members as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
