Office Assistant

Overview
Our company is looking for a reliable motivated Office Assistant to join our fast growing team. This is a key role in our office, focused on delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily operations, and helping us retain our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and questions.
  • Provide top tier customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Help manage appointment scheduling and route coordination.
  • Help handle customer accounts, with billing inquires and any customer follow ups.
  • Support customer retention efforts and resolve any concerns.
  • Assist with general office tasks and team support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, scheduling systems and basic software.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette is essential.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
