Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face of our office, managing daily administrative tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth office operations, excellent customer support, and seamless communication across departments. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist management with delegation of tasks to other team members.
  • Support calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and events using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, supporting client needs efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files systematically, and ensure the overall cleanliness and functionality of the workspace.
  • Assist with oversight of campus access system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clients and team members effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist (dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus).

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
