We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant who can handle daily tasks efficiently and support smooth operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, tasks, and appointments
  • Handle emails, documents, and basic reporting
  • Assist with coordination and follow-ups
  • Maintain records and ensure tasks are completed on time

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Punctual and responsible
  • Good communication skills

Pay: 40,000.00 (PKR) per month
30 liter Fuel Allowances
