Office Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Age Limit: 20 to 25 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents accurately
  • Maintaining physical and digital filing systems
  • Assisting in data entry and record keeping
  • Supporting senior staff with basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent education
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, scanning tools, email)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy

Age Limit: 20 to 25 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs32,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
