As the first point of contact for many clients and partners, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our professional brand image, coordinating schedules, and supporting our travel consultants. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable adapting to basic digital communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp Business, Gmail).Assist with basic, entry-level bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking daily office utility expenses, handling petty cash, and sorting incoming invoices.
