We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
- Perform data entry, prepare documents and assist with reporting
- Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Process devices that come back to the office and refurbish them. Update systems accordingly.
- Fulfill workorders by pairing devices that are going out on the field via shipment or local installer, and paperwork to clients via UPS within two business days.
Qualifications
- Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating time management skills.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
