Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to join our corporate team. No prior office experience is required — we are looking for dependable, detail-oriented people with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

The ideal candidate will help support daily office operations, data entry, filing, reporting, and administrative tasks across the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a corporate career, gain hands-on business experience, and grow with a rapidly expanding company. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update records through data collection, filing, and organization of electronic and physical documents

Perform data entry tasks such as order entry, transcription, and updating client or product information

Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, and perform basic math calculations for data analysis

Support administrative functions by managing filing systems, organizing documents, and assisting with clerical tasks

Ensure data consistency by verifying information against source documents and correcting discrepancies promptly

Assist in generating reports by compiling data from various sources to support decision-making processes
