Office Assistant

Remote Office Assistant / Scheduler (Electrical Contractor)

We’re a fast-growing residential electrical company looking for a remote office assistant who’s organized, dependable, and understands the pace of the trades. You’ll help keep the team running smoothly by managing calls, scheduling jobs, and coordinating with our field crew through Jobber.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer customer calls and schedule electrical work
  • Dispatch jobs and manage workflow in Jobber
  • Support field crews with scheduling, updates, and material coordination
  • Handle light bookkeeping, documentation, and client follow-up
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and help refine systems as we grow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in electrical or construction scheduling preferred
  • Proficient with Jobber and QuickBooks
  • Clear communicator with strong organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote role
  • Driven to help grow a company, not just manage tasks

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with the business and become an essential part of the operation—not just answer phones.

Pay: DOE (based on experience and proficiency)

Type: Remote / Part-Time (with potential to expand)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
