Role: Office Assistant (Temporary)
Team: Administration
Reports to: Administration Coordinator
Contract Duration: June 10, 2026 to July 5, 2026- (Excluding Fridays & Saturdays)
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Including 1-hour break)
Workplace Details
- Small office environment with approximately 8 staff members
- Continuous balance of hospitality support and cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Office location is 4 minutes from Metro station
Job Responsibilities:
Hospitality & Pantry Support
- Prepare and serve tea/coffee for staff and visitors throughout the day
- Maintain pantry cleanliness and organization
- Monitor pantry supplies and report shortages to supervisor
Cleaning & Hygiene Duties
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, and common areas regularly
- Dust furniture, desks, and office surfaces
- Vacuum and mop office floors before staff arrival
- Ensure office remains hygienic and presentable throughout the day
General Support
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and checklists
- Report maintenance or supply shortages promptly
- Maintain professional appearance and courteous behavior
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in office support, & cleaning roles preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to handle cleaning and hospitality tasks efficiently
Salary package
1,800qars to 2,000qars for the duration of 18 working days.
