Role: Office Assistant (Temporary)

Team: Administration

Reports to: Administration Coordinator

Contract Duration: June 10, 2026 to July 5, 2026- (Excluding Fridays & Saturdays)

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Including 1-hour break)

Workplace Details

  • Small office environment with approximately 8 staff members
  • Continuous balance of hospitality support and cleaning duties throughout the shift
  • Office location is 4 minutes from Metro station

Job Responsibilities:

Hospitality & Pantry Support

  • Prepare and serve tea/coffee for staff and visitors throughout the day
  • Maintain pantry cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor pantry supplies and report shortages to supervisor

Cleaning & Hygiene Duties

  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, and common areas regularly
  • Dust furniture, desks, and office surfaces
  • Vacuum and mop office floors before staff arrival
  • Ensure office remains hygienic and presentable throughout the day

General Support

  • Follow daily cleaning schedules and checklists
  • Report maintenance or supply shortages promptly
  • Maintain professional appearance and courteous behavior

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience in office support, & cleaning roles preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Ability to handle cleaning and hospitality tasks efficiently

Salary package
1,800qars to 2,000qars for the duration of 18 working days.
