Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office and administrative tasks
- Handle filing, scanning, and document organization
- Support reception and coordination between departments
- Answer calls and assist patients/visitors professionally
- Assist management with scheduling and reporting tasks
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous clinic or office experience is an advantage
