Office Assistant

Eastern Boats is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and assist with the sales process. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by supporting sales activities, managing paperwork, coordinating communications, and assisting with company events and trade shows.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where customer service and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize customer files, sales documentation, and company records.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain contracts, purchase orders, and other business documents.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and general office administration
  • Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
