## Job Overview

We are seeking an Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in administrative tasks. This position needs someone who is able to be flexible in work duties .

## Duties

-Excel Spreadsheets

-QuickBooks

- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

- Utilize various software systems on the computer

- Maintain office cleanliness and organization

## Experience

- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred

- Knowledge of office management procedures

- Famialiarity with shipping and receiving in manufacturing

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-Able to arrange product demonstrations for clients

-Able to travel to clients to set up demonstrations

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Education:

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• Office: 5 years (Preferred)
• Office management: 5 years (Required)
