Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring data entry and answering phones.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Requirements

  • Proven office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and typing skills for data entry and document preparation
  • Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse clients and staff
  • Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist, personal assistant, or in customer support is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and proofreading

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
