Job Description:
SAMA ENGINEERING is looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Assistant to support accounts and daily operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain petty cash records
- Prepare and handle Gate Passes and GRNs (Goods Receiving Notes)
- Maintain basic documentation and record keeping
- Assist in inventory and stock-related tasks
- Coordinate with different departments for routine operations
- Support accounts and admin team in daily tasks
- Perform other assigned office duties
Requirements:
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in office assistant / admin / accounts role preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with petty cash handling and documentation
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and handle multiple tasks
Preferred:
- Experience in factory / manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of accounts and inventory processes
