· Assist with preparing bills, invoices, and delivery challans.
· Support the accounts or billing team with data entry (Tally/Excel).
· Receive and sort incoming documents, courier packages, and deliveries.
· Maintain stock registers and office supply inventory.
· Answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail, and directing inquiries.
· Follow up and maintain regular contact with customers.
· Provides office communications support by answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customer orders and keeping customers informed of order status.
Qualification: Diploma/Any Graduate.
Experience: 1-3years, Freshers are welcome
Skills Required:
· Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
· Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Work location: Salem
Timings: 09.30 am-06.30 pm
