We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. Duties

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Update prouduct info on website, take basic pictures, update pricing. pack small boxes, Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, and responding to inquiries.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and order necessary items as needed.
- Perform various tasks related to office management, including data entry, mailings, and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Provide support to the personal assistant as needed.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and utilize administrative skills to manage and prioritize tasks.
Requirements
-Basic quickbook knowledge is big Plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in an office setting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent phone etiquette and administrative skills.
