HLA Medical Centre is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and clean Office Assistant cum Cleaner to join our team in Al Garhoud. The role involves general office assistance and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our medical facility.
We strongly prefer candidates who have their own visa like spouse visa or freelance visa and accommodation (no visa sponsorship or accommodation provided).
Key Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the entire centre (reception, waiting area, consultation rooms, restrooms, staff pantry, and corridors)
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and floors
- Serving tea, coffee, and water to doctors, staff, and patients
- Running errands inside and outside the clinic (collecting reports, buying office supplies, etc.)
- Photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and basic office support
- Keeping stock of cleaning materials and informing management when supplies run low
- Maintaining a neat and hygienic environment as per medical centre standards
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Office assistant / Cleaner (experience in a clinic/hospital is an advantage)
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment
- Honest, punctual, polite, and well-presented
- Basic English speaking skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in a medical center is plus.
- Valid UAE residence visa and own accommodation (preferred and given high priority)
- Immediate joiners or those available within 7 days will be preferred

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
